Individual Insolvency Administration Information is one of the eServices under IPTO's Insolvency eServices. It allows bankrupts and creditors to view information on administration of Bankruptcy Cases.

The case information is grouped logically into different sections.
The information provided is:
Section 1 - Insolvency Details
Section 2 - List of Assets & Declared Liabilities
Section 3 - List of Creditors
Section 4 - Statement of Account Details
You will be able to select case and section(s) of information you wish to enquire. You will be allowed to do multiple searches in one payment transaction.

A unique eSearch Number will be issued to you once you proceed for payment. You will be able to retrieve the results again within 7 days after the search using the eSearch Number.

You will see a Legend Table which displays the different sections with their corresponding section number at the bottom of the page.

You can select the section(s) of information you are interested in for each case by clicking on the check boxes under the section number you are interested in.

After selection, you can proceed to the other pages by clicking on the [Next] button or other TABs. The selected section(s) of each case will be added to the search cart.

 2.  No. of case(s) in search cart
 
 
The number of cases in search cart is incremented/ decremented based on case(s). It counts the selected/ unselected no. of cases and not the number of sections requested. For example, when you select section 2 and 3 of Case 1, the number of case in your search cart will be incremented by 1 and not 2.

 1. Bankrupt
 
  a.
You will be presented with a list of Bankruptcy cases that you are or have been adjudged as a Bankrupt. If you are also a Creditor, you will be presented with an additional list of Bankruptcy cases that you are listed as a Creditor.
 
 
  b.
Searching is not provided.
 
 
  c.
You can select the section(s) of information you are interested in for each case by clicking on their corresponding check boxes at your list of Bankruptcy Cases.
 
 
  d.
After making your selection, click on the [Next] button to continue to View Cart.

 2.Creditor
 
  a.
You can only search for Bankruptcy cases that you/ your organisation have filed valid Proofs of Debt.
 
 
  b.
If your organisation is a solicitor representing other creditors as well, you have to indicate whether you wish to search for cases of which your organisation is a creditor or solicitor representing other creditor at Select Transaction Type Page.
 
 
  c.
At the Search Criteria Page, a List All link is provided to view all the cases of which you/ your organisation are a creditor.
 
 
  d.
To do a search, enter your Search Criteria and click on [Search] button to continue.

 3.Solicitor representing Creditors
 
  a. You can only search for Bankruptcy cases, that your organisation is involved in as a Solicitor representing other Creditors. The creditors that your organisation are representing must have filed valid Proofs of Debt.  
 
  b. To do a search, enter your Search Criteria and click on [Search] button to continue..

 2. Select Transaction Type
 
  a.
This is only applicable to organisations who are both creditors and solicitors representing other creditors.
 
 
  b.
Indicate whether you wish to search for cases of which your organisation is a creditor or solicitor representing other creditor by clicking on the respective radio button.

After making your selection, click on the [Next] button to continue.

 3. List all cases involved
 
  a.
This is only applicable to users who are bankrupts.
 
 
  b.
You will be presented with a list of Bankruptcy cases that you are involved as a Bankrupt. If you are also a Creditor, you will be presented with an additional list of Bankruptcy cases that you are involved as a Creditor.
 
 
  c.
You can select the group(s) of information you are interested in for each case by clicking on their corresponding check box at your list of Bankruptcy Cases.
 
 
  d.
After making your selection, click on the [Next] button to continue to View Cart or other TABs.

 4. Search Criteria
 
  a.
This page provides the various search criteria for searching your Bankruptcy case.
 
 
  b.
You have to enter at least ONE of the search criteria. If you specify more than one search criteria, the system will match the cases against all the criteria entered.
 
 
    i. Bankruptcy No.  
     
When you search using Bankruptcy Number, you can omit the leading zeroes of the Bankruptcy Number. For example, you can enter B /50/2001 instead of B /000050/2001. Of course, both are acceptable by the eService application.
 
 
    ii. Bankrupt's ID No.  
 
    iii. Bankrupt Name  
     
When you search using Bankrupt Name, you can choose the search option by selecting either 'Exactly', 'Starting-With' or 'Containing'. No commas, full-stops and brackets are allowed in the Bankrupt Name field.
 
      - Exactly  
       
This option will search for an exact match of the Bankrupt Name. There is no limit on the number of characters entered.
 
      - Starting-With  
        This option will search for Bankrupt Names that start with the given Bankrupt Name. The minimum number of characters required is 8.  
      - Containing  
        This option will search for Bankrupt Names that contain the given Bankrupt Name. The minimum number of characters required is 8.  
 
    iv. Business Name  
     
When you search using Business Name, you can choose the search option by selecting either 'Exactly', 'Starting-With' or 'Containing'. No commas, full-stops and brackets are allowed in the Business Name field.
 
      - Exactly  
        This option will search for an exact match of the Business Name. There is no limit on the number of characters entered.  
      - Starting-With  
        This option will search for Business Names that start with the given Business Name. The minimum number of characters required is 8.  
      - Containing  
        This option will search for Business Names that contain the given Business Name. The minimum number of characters required is 8.  
 
    v.
An additional search criteria for Creditor Name is provided only for Solicitors representing other creditors.
 
     
When you search using Creditor Name, you can choose the search option by selecting either 'Exactly', 'Starting-With' or 'Containing'. No commas, full-stops and brackets are allowed in the Creditor Name field.
 
      - Exactly  
        This option will search for an exact match of the Creditor Name. There is no limit on the number of characters entered.  
      - Starting-With  
        This option will search for Creditor Names that start with the given Creditor Name. The minimum number of characters required is 8.  
      - Containing  
        This option will search for Creditor Names that contain the given Creditor Name. The minimum number of characters required is 8.  
 
    vi. An additional search criteria for Date of Bankruptcy is provided only for Creditors.  
      When you search using Date of Bankruptcy, the maximum range allowed for the Bankruptcy Date is 1 year.  
 
  c. You can choose to sort by Bankrupt Name or Bankruptcy Number, in Ascending or Descending order.  
 
  d. After entering your search criteria, click on the [Search] button to continue.

 5. Cases Found
 
  a.
This page will display the cases that matched all the Search Criteria(s).
 
 
  a.
If the no. of cases found exceed 10, the cases will be displayed over multiple pages. You can click on Prev or Next of Page Number to traverse between the multiple pages.
 
 
  b.
If the number of matching cases exceeds 50, only the first 50 cases will be displayed. You should refine your search by entering more precise information into the search criteria.
 
 
  c.
Click on the [Next Search] button to do a new search again.
 
 
  d.
You can select the section(s) of information you are interested in for each case by clicking on their corresponding check box on your Cases Found.
 
 
  e.
After making your selection, click on the [Next] button to continue to View Cart.

 6. View Cart
 
  a.
This page will display all the cases and section(s) of information you have selected and added to your search cart.
 
 
  b.
You can unselect the section(s) of information you are no longer interested in for each case by unchecking their corresponding check box in your Search Cart.
 
 
  c.
After making your selection, click on the [Next] button to proceed to Your Confirmation Page.

 7. Your Confirmation
 
  a.
This page displays all the case(s) that you have selected and the amount to pay. The amount payable for each section of information will be displayed.
 
 
  b.
An eSearch Number will be generated for your Search Transaction. Please quote this eSearch Number should you need to check with IPTO on a particular Search.
 
 
  c.
To proceed, click pay by Cash Card or Credit Card/Flexipay/Direct Debit to continue with the payment transaction.
 
 
  d.
If you wish to make changes to the cases or section(s) selected, click on the [Back] button to make amendments.

 8. Payment Option Selection

 9. Transaction Completion
 
  a.
Upon successful payment, you will see a Transaction Completion Page with the list of your selected case(s).
 
 
  b.
You can click on the [Print] icon to print out the page for your reference.
 
 
  c.
To view the Case Information of each case, click on the respective View link.

 10. Receipt
 
  a.
A receipt will be generated upon successful payment.
 
 
  b.
Print out the Receipt as proof of successful payment of the Search Result(s). To print, do a right-click on any part of the receipt and a dialog box will appear. Click on 'Print'.

 11. Case Information

This page displays the detailed information of the selected case.
 
 
  b.
You can click on the [Print] button to print out the detailed information of the selected case. If there are multiple bankrupts for the same case, their respective information will be printed on a new page.

You can click on the [Back] button to continue to view another case.

 12. Payment Failure
 
  a.
If your payment is not successful, this page will be displayed.

Click on the [OK] button to start a new search.

 13. Payment Cancellation

If you click on the [Cancel Payment] button at the Payment Option Selection, you will see the above message.

 14. Retrieval of Results

Please note that you are allowed to retrieve your transaction within 7 days if the payment transaction is successful.
