Before you start to use IPTO
eServices, you may like to check the following information for better
understanding on the design of our IPTO eServices. |

the top right hand corner of each page, there is a menu which
will lead you to IPTO website, IPTO eServices, Help and Logout
pages.

click on [Next] or [Submit] button, the data you entered
on the current page will be checked for data correctness
and completeness. For example, data entered in numeric
fields must be numbers and all the necessary information
for the page must be entered. |

There are two types
of paging used in IPTO eServices. |
|

For pages that allow multiple
details to be entered, you can click on or
to traverse between the multiple pages. |

For information listing that
is displayed over multiple pages, you can click on

to traverse between the multiple pages. |

IPTO
eServices validate the information you have entered. It will
prompt the error messages at the top of page. The erroneous
fields are marked with an error tag for you to locate them easily.

A red asterisk
[*] at the end of
a data item indicates that this is a mandatory field to be entered
for successful submission. if not entered, an error message
will be displayed and you will not be able to proceed. However,
you may leave a mandatory field empty when doing a [Save
& Exit]. The eService will verify again before you submit the transaction. |

Any number fields
will be checked for numeric validity at all times, that is,
during the saving of submission, navigating to different pages
and final submission. All amounts must be in numeric format
without any ',' or '$' symbols. E.g. It should be entered
as 1000 and not 1,000 or $1000.
