To make payment for IPTO eServices, you can choose to pay by Cash Card, Credit Card and Direct Debit.
 
 

For payment by Credit Card, please note that in the event that the payment amount is not duly received by IPTO, you will be informed by IPTO that the deduction is not successful.

 1. Select Payment Option
 
  a.
This page displays the types of payment mode available and the total amount payable.

To continue with the payment, click on the logo of your preferred payment mode.

If you do not wish to continue, click on the [Cancel Payment] button and the page on transaction failure/payment cancellation will be displayed.

 2. Enter Payment Details
 
 

a.

Cash Card
   

i.

You will need a Personal Computer Smart Card or PCSC reader in order to make payment via Cash Card. You may refer to the section "Things to Note for CashCard".
   
 
   

ii.

Upon selection of Cash Card as the mode of payment, a page with the transaction details will be displayed. Click on [Proceed] button if the details are correct to continue making payment.
   
 
   
   
 
   

iii.

The page with "Terms and Conditions" will be displayed. BE SURE TO CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE CONTINUE. Click on [I Agree] button to continue making payment.

The processing page will then be displayed. Please wait until the payment completion page is displayed.

Once payment transaction is completed, the payment completion page will be displayed. Please wait until it is redirected back to IPTO eService transaction completion page.

On the payment completion page, the receipt page will be poped up to notify you about the successful transaction. The page will display the key details about the transaction.

Credit Card (eNetsCredit)
   

i.

You will need a valid credit card.

Upon selection of Credit Card as the mode of payment, the eNetsCredit Payment Gateway page will be displayed. You will have to fill in the required credit card information such as name, card number and expiry date and click [Submit] button to proceed with the transaction.

   
 
   
   
 
   

iii.

The eNetsCredit Payment Gateway will prompt you with a confirmation pop up box. You have to click [Ok] button to confirm the payment transaction.

   
 
   
   
 
   

iv.

Once payment transaction is successful, the eNetsCredit Payment Gateway will pop up a new window to notify you about the successful transaction. This page will display key details about the transaction.

   
 
   
   
 
 

c.

Direct Debit (eNetsDebit)
   

i.

You will need a valid Internet Banking Account.
 

 
   

ii.

Upon selection of Direct Debit as the mode of payment, the eNetsDebit Payment Gateway page which prompts you to select a bank to pay from is displayed.

 

 
 

 

 
   

iii.

Once, you have selected your bank, you will be redirected to the bank's eNetsDebit web page. Key in your internet banking User Id and Pin to effect the payment.

 

 
 

 
   

iv.

Upon successful payment, the eNetsDebit Payment Gateway will notify you about the successful transaction and display key details about the merchant and the transaction.

 3. Receipt
 
  a.
A receipt will be generated upon succesful payment. Details of the efiling transactions (e.g. eTransaction No, Fee Payable, Payment Mode, Date and Time of Transaction) will be displayed on the receipt.

Click on the button to return to the Transaction Completion page of the respective IPTO eServices.

 4. Transaction Completion
 
  a.
Upon the successful payment, you will see the 'Transaction Completion' page of the respective IPTO eService. This page will indicate that your transaction has completed successfully. The page will also display key information about the transaction.

Print out the page as proof of successful submission/transaction.

 5. Payment Failure
 
  a.
If your payment is not successful, the Payment Failure page of the respective IPTO eService will be displayed to inform you of the failed transaction.

Click on [OK] button to start a new transaction.

Additional Information for Cash Card Payment

 
 
1. How to check whether the payment amount is deducted from your CashCard?
 
  a.
Open the internet browser and go to NETS CashCard website and click "View CashCard Transaction" menu.
 
 
  b.
On the "View Transaction History" section, you can choose to enter the 16-digit NETS CashCard CAN number or insert your NETS CashCard into your smartcard reader to view the transaction history. An example of the transaction history details as follows:
   
 
   
   
 
  c.
You can search through the Transaction Type and Date column of the transaction history to check whether the payment amount has been deducted.

2. What should I do if my payment fails in the midst of a transaction?
 
  a.
If your payment failed and you are not sure whether the payment amount has been deducted from your CashCard, please DO NOT proceed immediately to do another search. You should always check your CashCard transaction details first. Please read the section on "How to check whether the payment amount is deducted from my CashCard?".
